If you are an FFL holder and need to fill out the State of CT DPS-3 documents, then we can help.

The DPS-3 form is created to provide a transfer record of a firearm for CT. You are required to create 4 copies of this form per firearm being transferred. This can be an tedious task. Still River Transfers was created to help with the task. A PDF is produced you later print and distribute.
